I became a therapist because I’ve seen how transformative it can be to shift the way we relate to our inner world. It’s a genuine honor for me to walk alongside my clients, and I deeply admire the courage it takes to show up, be curious, and try something new.
Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me reading, experimenting in the kitchen, or hiking with my family—practices that help me stay connected, inspired, and well!
