Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can show up in many ways — racing thoughts, constant worry, tension in the body, difficulty resting, or a sense that your nervous system is always “on.” You may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or hypervigilance, even when part of you longs for more ease.

Book Now

At Glow Collective, we view anxiety not as something to eliminate, but as something to understand. Anxiety often carries important information about safety, values, and unmet needs. With care, curiosity, and the right support, it’s possible to develop a new relationship with anxiety — one that creates more choice, steadiness, and self-trust.

A Mindful, Compassionate Approach

At Glow Collective, we offer anxiety therapy that is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply client-centered. Our work supports you in slowing down, gently noticing patterns that no longer serve you, and building skills that help you feel more grounded and present in your life.

Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Together, you & your therapist will explore how anxiety shows up for you — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships — while cultivating tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.

What Anxiety Therapy Can Support

Clients often seek anxiety therapy to work with:

  • Generalized anxiety or chronic worry

  • Panic or heightened nervous system responses

  • Overthinking and rumination

  • Anxiety related to relationships or attachment

  • Life transitions, stress, or burnout

  • The impact of past experiences or trauma

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy can be a space to untangle what feels overwhelming and reconnect with a sense of clarity and calm — one step at a time.

Nora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings warmth, curiosity, and steadiness into the therapy space. She is passionate about helping clients shift the way they relate to their struggles so they can move toward greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment. Nora approaches anxiety with compassion, respect, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.

Nora draws from a range of evidence-based and mindfulness-informed approaches, including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

These approaches are woven together thoughtfully, always centered on your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
