Sex Therapy
Sex Therapy
Sex is not only physical — it’s emotional, relational, and deeply connected to identity, values, and life context. When sexual desire, identity, or intimacy feels confusing, distressing, or disconnected, it can affect how you relate to yourself and others. Sex therapy offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore these concerns and rebuild connection with your body, desire, and relationships.
At Glow Collective, sex therapy is offered with a trauma-informed, affirming, and integrative approach. Whether you’re navigating shifts in desire, exploring identity, healing from sexual trauma, or adjusting to life transitions, therapy supports you in finding clarity, agency, and self-compassion.
What Sex Therapy Can Support
Sex therapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including:
Sexual identity exploration and understanding
Low desire, fluctuating desire, or changes in libido
Desire discrepancies in relationships
Infidelity, betrayal, and rebuilding trust
Aging, chronic illness, and disability as they intersect with sexuality
Asexuality and aromantic identity exploration
Life phase transitions impacting sex and intimacy
Healing sexual trauma and reclaiming safety and pleasure
Sex therapy is not about “fixing” you or making you conform to a specific ideal of sexuality. It is about understanding what feels true for you and creating a path toward more authentic, fulfilling intimacy — in whatever form that take
A Trauma-Informed, Inclusive, Compassionate, & Affirming Approach
Sex therapy at Glow Collective is grounded in safety, consent, and respect. Therapy supports you in exploring your relationship to desire, boundaries, pleasure, and connection at a pace that feels right. We honor that sexual experiences are shaped by culture, history, relationships, and nervous system responses — and that healing is deeply personal.
Glow Collective offers sex therapy that is inclusive of all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, and bodies. We welcome LGBTQ+ clients, trans and non-binary individuals, non-monogamous partnerships, and people exploring their identity or relationship to desire.
